(一)基準

零件(jian)都是由若(ruo)干(gan)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)組成(cheng),各表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)之間(jian)有一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)和相(xiang)互位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要求(qiu)。零件(jian)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)對位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要求(qiu)包(bao)括兩(liang)方面(mian)(mian)(mian):表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)距離尺(chi)寸(cun)精度(du)(du)和相(xiang)對位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精度(du)(du)(如同(tong)軸(zhou)度(du)(du)、平行度(du)(du)、垂(chui)直度(du)(du)和圓跳動等)要求(qiu)。研(yan)究(jiu)零件(jian)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)對位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)關系離不開基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun),不明確基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)就無法確定(ding)零件(jian)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)就其一般意義來講,就是零件(jian)上用(yong)以確定(ding)其他點、線、面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)依據(ju)的(de)(de)(de)點、線、面(mian)(mian)(mian)。基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)按其作用(yong)不同(tong),可分(fen)為設計基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)和工藝基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)兩(liang)大類(lei)。

1、設計基準

在零(ling)件圖上用以確定其他點、線、面(mian)的基(ji)(ji)(ji)準,稱為設(she)計(ji)基(ji)(ji)(ji)準,就(jiu)活塞(sai)來說(shuo),設(she)計(ji)基(ji)(ji)(ji)準指(zhi)活塞(sai)中心線和銷孔中心線。

2、工藝基準(zhun)

零件在加(jia)工和裝配過程中所使用的基(ji)準(zhun),稱為工藝(yi)基(ji)準(zhun)。工藝(yi)基(ji)準(zhun)按用途不同,又(you)分為定位基(ji)準(zhun)、測量(liang)基(ji)準(zhun)和裝配基(ji)準(zhun)。

(1)定位基準:加工(gong)時(shi)使工(gong)件(jian)在(zai)機(ji)床或夾(jia)具中占(zhan)據正確位置所用(yong)的(de)基準,稱為定位基準。按定位元件(jian)的(de)不同(tong),最常用(yong)的(de)有以下兩(liang)類:

自(zi)動定心定位:如三(san)爪卡盤定位。

定(ding)位(wei)(wei)套(tao)定(ding)位(wei)(wei):將定(ding)位(wei)(wei)元(yuan)件做成(cheng)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)套(tao),如(ru)止口盤定(ding)位(wei)(wei)

其(qi)他(ta)有在V形架中定(ding)位,在半圓孔中定(ding)位等。

(2)測量(liang)(liang)基(ji)準(zhun):零(ling)件檢(jian)驗時,用以測量(liang)(liang)已加工表面尺寸及位(wei)置的基(ji)準(zhun),稱為測量(liang)(liang)基(ji)準(zhun)。

(3)裝配(pei)基準:裝配(pei)時(shi)用以確(que)定零件(jian)在部件(jian)或產品(pin)中位置的基準,稱(cheng)為裝配(pei)基準。

(二)工件的安裝(zhuang)方式(shi)

為(wei)(wei)了在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)(de)某一(yi)(yi)部位(wei)(wei)上(shang)(shang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出符合規定技術要(yao)求的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian),在(zai)機(ji)械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前,必須使工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)在(zai)機(ji)床上(shang)(shang)相(xiang)對于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具占據某一(yi)(yi)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)的(de)(de)位(wei)(wei)置。通常(chang)把這個過程稱為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)(de)“定位(wei)(wei)”。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)定位(wei)(wei)后,由于在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中受(shou)到切(qie)削力、重力等的(de)(de)作用,還應采用一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)機(ji)構將工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)“夾(jia)緊(jin)”,使其確(que)定的(de)(de)位(wei)(wei)置保(bao)持不(bu)變。使工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)在(zai)機(ji)床上(shang)(shang)占有正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)的(de)(de)位(wei)(wei)置并(bing)將工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)夾(jia)緊(jin)的(de)(de)過程稱為(wei)(wei)“安裝(zhuang)”。

工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)安裝(zhuang)的(de)好壞是機(ji)械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)重要(yao)問(wen)題,它不僅(jin)直(zhi)接影響加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)度(du)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)安裝(zhuang)的(de)快慢(man)、穩定性,還影響生產率的(de)高低。為(wei)了保(bao)證(zheng)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)表(biao)面(mian)與(yu)其設(she)計基(ji)準間的(de)相對位(wei)(wei)置精(jing)(jing)度(du),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)安裝(zhuang)時應(ying)使(shi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)設(she)計基(ji)準相對機(ji)床占據一正確的(de)位(wei)(wei)置。如精(jing)(jing)車環槽(cao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,為(wei)了保(bao)證(zheng)環槽(cao)底(di)徑(jing)與(yu)裙部軸(zhou)線(xian)的(de)圓跳動的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)安裝(zhuang)時必(bi)須使(shi)其設(she)計基(ji)準與(yu)機(ji)床主軸(zhou)的(de)軸(zhou)心線(xian)重合。

在各種不同的(de)機(ji)床上加工零件(jian)時(shi),有(you)各種不同的(de)安裝方法(fa)。安裝方法(fa)可以歸納為直接找正法(fa)、劃線找正法(fa)和(he)采(cai)用夾具安裝法(fa)等(deng)3種。

(1)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)找正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)法(fa)采用這種方法(fa)時(shi),工件在機床上(shang)(shang)應占(zhan)有的(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)確位置,是(shi)通過一(yi)(yi)系列的(de)(de)嘗(chang)試(shi)而獲(huo)得(de)的(de)(de)。具體的(de)(de)方式是(shi)將工件直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)裝在機床上(shang)(shang)后,用百分表或劃針盤(pan)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)劃針,以目測法(fa)校正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)工件的(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)確位置,一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)校驗一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)找正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng),直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)至符合(he)要(yao)求(qiu)。

直接(jie)找(zhao)(zhao)正法的(de)定位精(jing)度和找(zhao)(zhao)正的(de)快慢,取(qu)決于找(zhao)(zhao)正精(jing)度、找(zhao)(zhao)正方法、找(zhao)(zhao)正工具和工人的(de)技術水平(ping)。它的(de)缺點(dian)是(shi)花費時(shi)間多,生產率低,且要(yao)憑經驗操作,對(dui)工人技術的(de)要(yao)求高,故僅用于單件、小批(pi)量生產中。如硬靠模仿形體的(de)找(zhao)(zhao)正就(jiu)屬于直接(jie)找(zhao)(zhao)正法。   

(2)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)線找(zhao)正(zheng)法(fa)此法(fa)是在機床上用(yong)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)針按毛坯或(huo)半成品上所(suo)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)線來找(zhao)正(zheng)工(gong)件(jian),使其獲得(de)正(zheng)確位置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)一種方法(fa)。顯而易見(jian),此法(fa)要多一道(dao)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)線工(gong)序(xu)。劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)線本身(shen)有一定寬度(du),在劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)線時(shi)又有劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)線誤(wu)差,校正(zheng)工(gong)件(jian)位置(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)還有觀察誤(wu)差,因此該法(fa)多用(yong)于生(sheng)產批量較小,毛坯精度(du)較低,以及大型工(gong)件(jian)等(deng)不(bu)宜使用(yong)夾具的(de)(de)(de)粗加工(gong)中(zhong)。如二(er)沖程產品銷釘孔位置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)確定就(jiu)是使 用(yong)分度(du)頭的(de)(de)(de)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)線法(fa)找(zhao)正(zheng)。

(3)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)夾(jia)具安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)法:用(yong)(yong)于(yu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)夾(jia)工件(jian),使(shi)之占有正(zheng)確位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)的(de)工藝裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備稱為機床夾(jia)具。夾(jia)具是機床的(de)一種附加(jia)(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),它在機床上相對刀具的(de)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)在工件(jian)未(wei)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)前已預先調(diao)整(zheng)好,所以在加(jia)(jia)工一批工件(jian)時不(bu)必(bi)再逐個找正(zheng)定位(wei)(wei),就能保(bao)證加(jia)(jia)工的(de)技(ji)術要(yao)求,既省工又省事,是高效的(de)定位(wei)(wei)方法,在成(cheng)批和大量生產中廣泛應用(yong)(yong)。我們現在的(de)活塞加(jia)(jia)工就是使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)夾(jia)具安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)法。

1)工(gong)件定位(wei)(wei)后,使(shi)其(qi)在(zai)(zai)加工(gong)過(guo)程中保持(chi)定位(wei)(wei)位(wei)(wei)置不變(bian)(bian)的(de)操作,稱為夾緊(jin)(jin)。夾具(ju)中使(shi)工(gong)件在(zai)(zai)加工(gong)過(guo)程中保持(chi)定位(wei)(wei)位(wei)(wei)置不變(bian)(bian)的(de)裝置,叫夾緊(jin)(jin)裝置。

2)夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)(jin)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)符(fu)合以下(xia)幾(ji)點要(yao)求:夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)(jin)時,不應(ying)(ying)(ying)破壞(huai)工件的(de)定位(wei);夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)(jin)后,應(ying)(ying)(ying)保證工件在加工過程中的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)不發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化,夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)(jin)準確、安全、可靠;夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)(jin)動作迅速,操作方便、省(sheng)力(li);結構簡單,制造容易。

3)夾緊時(shi)的注意事項:夾緊力大小要適當,過(guo)大會造成工件變形,過(guo)小會使工件在加工過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生位移(yi),破(po)壞工件定位。
